There are 32,477 people confirmed dead, more than 35,000 still missing. I have been receiving daily update from Half the Sky Foundation. The amount of children orphaned by this disaster is staggering. The entire country held 3 minutes of silence to commence a 3 day period of national mourning. You are all in my prayers. God Bless

It's incredibly tragic...but I am always moved to tears by the outpouring of support.
Kris is so elegant in her prose that I will just say ditto and add my love and prayers to the people of China...
